Parrots cause the kind of chaos that you would never expect a small creature like that to cause. It's a tiny bird, what could it possibly do? Uh… a parrot could be really into knocking stuff over. Yes, just like a cat, only it can fly and reach more places. Parrots could mimic your accent perfectly and make fun of you in front of everyone by saying embarrassing things. Parrots could give your dogs commands by copying you and make another animal cause their chaos for them. And so, so much more.

    We have to admit that we were one of these people… We love parrots, and we are friggin' obsessed with funny parrot videos online. And there was a moment that we thought about getting a parrot as well, but being that we write about parrots all the time… yeah, we knew better.

    It's kind of like fish. People think that having parrots - or having fish - is super easy, that they are low maintenance and don't take much. But they do. Oh, they do. And you really need to be in the right place in your life to be able to take care of one of them properly.
